JOHN PASCAL BOOKS • FICTION PURSUING TRUTH

If you hold to my teachings, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. —cf. Jn 8: 32

Set on the streets of Manhattan, this story follows Ray Johnson, a paramedic from West Virginia, finding his way to help humanity. Ray discovers how God uses the weak to show His strength and the beauty of His loving wisdom.

Paramedic Ray Johnson thought he'd please God with an easy project: a few visits to a hospice patient.

But God has other ideas for His volunteer. When he volunteers to help a hospice patient at home, he quickly finds himself entangled in the awful truth of human trafficking and youth gangs.

Ray will plunge into the lives of orphaned street children who hope to join a gang. Also, he will hope to save an abused teenage girl, a victim of human trafficking.

God's plans are always better, Ray.
